Motorizing
the Sensors #2

I drilled
out the ear so the dental prophy can slide inside the ear with the
small end removed. Then attach the vacuum hose to the small gear.
Take the spinner and slip the collar on and then attach to the other
end of the vacuum hose that is attached to the small gear. I made
my collar size 3/8" drilled to fit the spinner. The ear was
drilled 3/8" to receive the collar. All you have to do
is slide the spinner assembly collar vacuum hose and gear into the
top of the ear till it snaps in. The rod was slipped over the input
shaft. Glue and cut to length, attach to motor and voila, your new
cheap way to motorize yor robot ears.
